Clinical Care Specialist Role
* Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with complex needs.
* Liaise closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop effective plans of management.

The Clinical Nurse will lead by example, demonstrating expertise in clinical skills and mentoring other staff members. They must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. This may involve developing reports or participating in meetings.
