The Role
As the Field Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in bringing brand standards to life across multiple store locations. You\'ll work closely with store leadership teams to deliver engaging in-store presentations that drive customer experience and sales performance.
Key responsibilities
* Maintaining high visual merchandising standards across multiple stores
* Partnering with store teams to deliver engaging and commercial displays
* Coaching and training teams on VM guidelines and best practice execution
* Monitoring sales trends to support strong commercial merchandising decisions
* Building strong relationships with store leadership teams
* Planning and managing your time effectively across multiple locations
What We\u2019re Looking For
* Previous experience in a Visual Merchandiser or Field/Area VM role
* Strong creative flair with excellent attention to detail
* Confidence interpreting and implementing VM guidelines
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Self-motivated with strong organisation and time management
* Ability to travel between store locations
* Current driver\'s licence required
* Availability to work part-time (4 days / 30-32 hours per week)
* Full Australian working rights
