Role Summary
Midland Toyota is offering a Stock Controller position. The role is integral to the dealership, responsible for vehicle stock organisation and management, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of customers' vehicles.
Responsibilities
* Stock management & administration
* Sourcing & coordination of inter‐dealer stock swaps
* Vehicle licensing back‐fill
* Preparation and processing of forward order entry
* Liaise with & prepare pre‐delivery repair orders
* Relationship building within the franchise network
Qualifications
* Exceptional organisational and time‐management skills
* High attention to detail
* Dealership management system experience
* Conscientious and diligent, taking full ownership of tasks & duties
* Excellent communication & relationship‐building skills and strong computer literacy
* Positive can‐do attitude & work ethic
* Flexible & adaptable, able to work autonomously and as part of a team
