Key Responsibilities:

* Enhance the hotel's online presence through web development and digital marketing campaigns.
* Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing communication strategies.
* Align marketing activities with industry standards and best practices.
* Assist in establishing annual marketing communication budgets.
* Nurture relationships with journalists, thought leaders, and influencers in food, travel, and lifestyle.
* Oversee content development across diverse media platforms, ensuring high-quality content on all materials released.
* Manage crisis communications and coordinate photographic library and photoshoots.
Requirements:
* Recent experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in brand positioning and effective marketing strategies.
* Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media.
* Experience with public relations, media outreach, reputation management, and crisis communication.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data and marketing metrics.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
