Psychiatrist | Remote | $130–$170/hr

Position type: Hourly Contract, 6‐week term, part‐time 10‐40 hrs per week.

Compensation & Bonuses

Base pay: $130–$170 per hour.
Weekly bonus up to $30 per hour for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise critical to designing and evaluating AI‐generated medical outputs in psychiatry.
• Review AI‐generated case studies, diagnostic assessments, and clinical workflows for accuracy and compliance with psychiatric standards.
• Offer structured, comprehensive feedback emphasizing clarity, patient safety, and medical rigor.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI development teams to refine model performance and outputs.

Ideal Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a reputable medical institution.
• Strong clinical psychiatric practice experience.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
