My client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support their Finance team with data entry and administrative tasks. Based in Mulgrave, this is a full-time, 4-week contract with an immediate start. Key responsibilities: Data entry and database updates Assisting with filing and document management Supporting the Finance team with ad-hoc administrative duties What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail Previous experience in an admin or data entry role MYOB experience (or similar) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Due to the urgency of this role, we will be reviewing applications within the next 2 working days.
