Customer Service Representative
At our company, we pride ourselves on delivering a premium service experience to our customers. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused representative to join our growing Customer Service team.
This role involves providing end-to-end support for our services, including replacement covers, cushion inserts, and refurbishments. You will work across multiple digital channels to provide quotes, manage orders, and support customers from enquiry to fulfillment.
You will use Salesforce Customer 360 and AI-enabled tools to generate accurate quotes and manage order workflows. You will also be responsible for maintaining seamless communication with customers throughout the service delivery process.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Dispatch, and Design, to coordinate service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably supporting premium products or services. You should be confident across digital systems, able to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have a solutions-focused mindset, commercial awareness, and a natural ability to match customer needs with service offerings. They will also have experience using CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and quoting/order management tools.
