The Role
Covering Ballina and nearby areas, you'll be the trusted face of the business. From in-home consultations through to measure-and-quote services, you'll provide expert advice and help customers choose the right solutions for their homes. All leads are provided — your role is to listen, advise, and close with confidence.
About You
You're personable, dependable, and take pride in offering practical advice. You enjoy meeting new people, are comfortable working to targets, and want a role where honesty and service matter.
To succeed, you'll ideally bring:
* Experience in building products, construction, or working with builders
* Background in in-home sales or measure & quote roles
* Confidence with digital tools (tablets, CRM, quoting apps)
* White card (or willingness to obtain one)
* A self-motivated attitude and the ability to manage your own day
