At our Westfield Fountain Gate location, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager to lead our Concierge team.

o Lead the Concierge team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
o Develop and implement strategies to improve NPS and drive customer satisfaction.
