Job Title: Psihcology Clinic Director
This is a key leadership position that plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients, while also providing learning opportunities for students.
The successful candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in Psihcology, registration with the Australia Board of Registration of Architects and Psychologists, approved and endorsed supervisor with the Australia Board of Registration of Architects and Psychologists, proven leadership and management experience in a clinical or educational setting, strong strategic planning financial management and operational oversight skills, commitment to high-quality service delivery, supervision and student learning, excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders to advance operations and objectives.
About This Role:
* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead and oversee the operations of our Psihcology Clinics.
* The role plays a vital part in ensuring that the clinics provide high-quality services to clients, while also meeting professional accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and direction to the Psihcology Clinics team.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinics.
* Ensure that all staff members are trained and equipped to deliver high-quality services to clients.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinic operations and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
* Postgraduate qualification in Psihcology or a related field.
* Registration with the Australia Board of Registration of Architects and Psychologists.
* Approved and endorsed supervisor with the Australia Board of Registration of Architects and Psychologists.
* Proven leadership and management experience in a clinical or educational setting.
* Strong strategic planning, financial management and operational oversight skills.
* Commitment to high-quality service delivery, supervision and student learning.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
