is a creative company that designs, manufactures and imports home textile products for sale to retailers throughout Australia and New Zealand. Our head office is in Bibra Lake (WA), with representation in other States and New Zealand. The Role 
This full-time role encompasses a broad range of administrative and customer service responsibilities. 
Your duties will include, but are not limited to: 
Process and authorise sales orders from wholesale customers, and online marketplace platforms. 
Maintain multiple customer service email inboxes. 
Maintain & update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. 
Respond to customer queries via phone and email, ensuring proactive, diligent and accurate communication. 
Liaise with Sales Agents regarding back orders, customer reserves, and order queries. 
Coordinate freight processes, including investigating delayed/lost shipments and lodging claims. 
Manage credit and return processes, including issuing credit return authorisation numbers, coordinating returns or destruction, and processing credits. 
Upload and manage New Zealand orders and liaise with NZ customers.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
The ability to prioritise and problem solve to ensure our customer service is kept at the highest standard. 
Previous experience in frontline customer service. 
A great eye for detail and be efficient, motivated and methodical. 
Be able to work independently, as well as part of an enthusiastic team. 
Strong computer and keyboard skills. 
Intermediate level of MS Excel. 
Previous experience using an accounts invoicing system is preferred. 
You will also have an exceptional work ethic and be able to multi-task on a day-to-day basis. A "can do" attitude and a strong desire to learn are essential in this role.
