We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for managing training development, planning, and execution for our flagship program.
**Key Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing training needs analysis, solution design, and training programs. They will operate within a structured change management approach and methodology, building capabilities among managers and equipping them with tools to identify stakeholders and manage training.
They will also develop and implement training strategies for the project, identify resistance and capability gaps, and work to develop corrective actions. Additionally, they will support the execution of plans and ensure line accountability for embedding training.
**About You:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience with organisational change programmes, designing training strategy for large-scale system implementation, delivering training solutions for different business areas, training principles and methodologies, and training approaches, tools, and delivery within project lifecycle.
You will also need to have excellent influencing and communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills and experience working at all levels of the organisation.
