We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Software Engineer to support the development, configuration and enhancement of a Salesforce CRM platform within a secure and mission-critical environment. This role involves working under the direction of a Senior Salesforce Developer and collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.
You will contribute to software development projects, write optimised and maintainable code, and support the delivery of robust Salesforce solutions using agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum.
* 12 months contract with 2x12 months extension.

To be successful in this role you must:
* Assist in the development, configuration and customisation of the Salesforce CRM platform
* Implement workflows, automation and business processes within Salesforce
* Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
* Support system integration planning, testing and deployment activities
* Collaborate with technical teams to configure and maintain integration test environments
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
* Engage with business areas to automate and improve business processes
* Deliver outcomes following agreed agile software development methodologies
* Support release planning, deployment and configuration management activities
* Extensive experience customising and extending the Salesforce Platform using low-code tools and programmatic development
* Strong experience with Apex, JavaScript and Lightning Web Components
* Solid understanding of Salesforce core technologies and Experience Cloud
* Proven ability to design, build, test, document and refactor complex Salesforce solutions
* Experience applying development standards, tools and best practices to deliver well-engineered outcomes
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Current Salesforce Certifications:
* Salesforce Platform Administrator
* Salesforce Platform App Builder
* Salesforce Platform Developer I
* Demonstrated experience in the administration, development, configuration and customisation of the Salesforce platform, including system integration planning, test environment configuration and process improvement.
* Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Salesforce Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components, including participation in code reviews and ensuring adherence to development standards.
* Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders to automate business processes, including modelling or prototyping solutions and refining designs against specifications.
* Experience supporting release management, deployment, configuration and delivery of outcomes using agile methodologies.
* Experience identifying and resolving application issues using agreed procedures and application management tools
* Experience using Azure DevOps and/or JIRA for task tracking and delivery
* Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, OmniStudio and Service Cloud Voice
* Additional Salesforce certifications, including:
* Platform Developer II
* Service Cloud Consultant
* Experience Cloud Consultant
