Job Title: Chef de Partie (Casual / On-Call)

We are currently seeking a well-experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join our team, working across multiple hospitality venues. This is a casual, on-call role offering flexible shifts depending on business needs.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels, restaurants, or commercial kitchens
* Solid knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations
* Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting
* Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Own transport is highly preferred due to multiple work locations
* Valid Australian work rights
