Overview
Runaway Bay Seagulls Leagues Club is seeking a highly motivated qualified casual chef/cook with wood fire pizza experience preferred. This role offers an opportunity to join our team. You will need commercial cooking experience and/or a passion for cooking.
Responsibilities
* preparing menu items according to recipe
* preparation of daily specials
* producing high quality products to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
* meeting hygiene and food safety standards
* ensuring the efficient and effective use of products and ingredients
* working with the head chef and maintaining a well-organised kitchen from preparation to cooking to cleaning
