**The company**
A well-known and highly regarded Melbourne institution with a long and prestigious history of excellence are looking for 2 x Level 1/2 IT Support Analysts to join their high performing team.
**About the role**
Your role will include:
- Provide Level 1/2 IT Service Desk and desktop support to internal staff and students
- Windows and Mac OS support
- Ensure all tickets are actioned in a timely manner
- Record all incidents and actions immediately within the internal logging system
- AV and conference room support
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have some of the below:
- 2-4 years experience in a level 1/2 service desk position
- Experience with either MS InTune, Casper and/or SCCM
- Understanding of conference room AV Support
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of Windows 10, Citrix Xenapp, Microsoft Office and LAN/WAN Network Technology Concepts.
