Pastry Specialist Position
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in producing high-quality viennoiseries and pastries.
About the Role
* Prepare premium pastries, including croissants, danishes, and pains au chocolat.
* Accurately weigh, measure, mix, knead, shape, and bake doughs according to recipes.
* Monitor oven temperatures and product quality.
Main Responsibilities
1. To produce a variety of baked goods to meet customer expectations.
2. To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
3. To work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.
Requirements
* Degree in Baking or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in a pastry production environment.
* Excellent baking skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
