Corporate Tax Professional Role
We seek an experienced corporate tax professional to deliver a range of services, including the production and review of corporation tax returns.
Key Responsibilities:
* The preparation and submission of accurate and timely corporation tax returns
* Providing advisory services on remuneration planning, profit extraction, corporate group restructuring, and cross-border issues
* Understanding tax implications surrounding business acquisitions and disposals
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/ATT qualified or equivalent experience
* Recent experience in a professional services environment with a solid understanding of corporate and business tax
* Strong technical skills and ability to build client relationships
