We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our Sydney, Australia corporate services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing IT infrastructure, handling second and third-level support for customer systems, and collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality second and third-level support across various systems, including Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, and networking infrastructure.
* Collaborate on technical projects, manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, and work closely with customers to ensure their systems run smoothly.
* Proactive system maintenance, updating documentation, and working with third-party vendors.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience in IT support and system administration.
* Extensive experience with Windows Server, 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
* Hands-on experience with VMware and virtualisation technologies.
* Expertise in backup and DR solutions (e.g., StorageCraft).
* Knowledge of Citrix XenApp, VPN, and networking (routers, firewalls).
Bonus Skills:
* Experience with Office 365 and SQL Server.
* Knowledge of remote monitoring and management RMM systems.
