Contracts Administrator/Project Coordinator – Port Headland Residential (or willing to relocate)

About the Role:
Goodline has a requirement for an experienced Contracts Administrator/Project Coordinator to support its operational teams in the Port Hedland Division. This position supports our Contracts & Procurement Manager and project teams to ensure the effective commercial management of projects. You will oversee job commencement setup, manage contract administration through project life cycles, and drive strong financial outcomes and compliance with contract obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Set up new projects with phase codes, registers, and financial tracking systems
· Manage contract administration, including variations, EOTs, and progress claims
· Maintain and update commercial registers and provide accurate monthly forecasts
· Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and financial outcomes
· Attend handover, internal and external commercial meetings as required
· Assist with project closeouts, practical completion, and contract archiving
About You:
· Tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, construction management, or related discipline (or 5+ years' experience)
· Strong commercial and contractual acumen, preferably with civil or heavy industry background
· Skilled in Microsoft Office and financial management systems
· Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
