Overview
With a consistent increase in work from some of Australia's largest insurers, our Motor & Property Recoveries team has a brand new opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years' PAE to join their team.
Responsibilities
Working under the guidance of a supportive Partner, this position will see you taking instructions and providing initial advice, drafting pleadings, liaising with clients, insurers and other lawyers, negotiating outcomes, and attending to all stages of the litigation process.
Qualifications
* 3+ years working in a law firm.
* Preferably experience with motor vehicle and property recovery claims.
* Experience in other areas of insurance with a genuine interest in motor vehicle & property recoveries is welcomed.
