* Proven experience as a Technical Trainer in a government setting
* Strong understanding of IT systems, tools, and training methodologies
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-engagement skills
* Ability to create user-friendly training content and conduct hands-on sessions
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will develop best-practice training materials, run workshops and classroom-style training, support system roll-outs, and collaborate closely with project teams to ensure end-user readiness.
Training Provided
Training in the ServiceNow product will be provided.
