We seek a dynamic teacher of Health and Physical Education who is committed to continuous growth, collaborative practice, and fostering a love of learning in every student.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Teacher of Health and Physical Education works under the guidance of the Head of Department – Health and Physical Education and is a key contributor to the College's academic and wellbeing program. You will be part of a collaborative and contemporary team focused on best practice in teaching, active engagement in professional learning and shared mission to see girls flourish.
This role includes responsibility beyond the classroom, including involvement in Holme Group (wellbeing), co-curricular activities, and potentially supporting boarders through evening pre supervision.
Teachers with experience in Netball and Touch Football are encouraged to apply.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
· Passion for you subject and the ability to teach Health and Physical Education across Years 7-12.
· Strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA Senior syllabi.
· The ability to differentiate for diverse learners and use digital tools to support learning.
· A commitment to Christian values and to building strong relationships with students and families.
· A growth mindset and desire to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.

Teaching Expertise and Curriculum Knowledge
Proven capacity to teach Health and Physical Education across years 7-12, with curriculum fluency.
Engaging and Responsive Pedagogy
Capacity to deliver high impact, differentiated learning using contemporary strategies and digital tools.
Collaborative and Professional Contribution
Willingness to work in a team environment and contribute to the academic, co-curricular and wellbeing life of the College.
