Key Responsibilities
* Build and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals.
* Work collaboratively with editorial, video, and design teams to create visually striking, on-brand content.
* Produce platform-ready videos and visuals using professional content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.
* Experiment with new formats and trends to discover what resonates best with our audience.
* Analyse performance data to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Our ideal candidate has proven experience managing brand or publisher social media channels, ideally in a senior or lead capacity. A solid grasp of platform algorithms, content optimisation, and audience engagement techniques is essential for success in this role. Additionally, skills in both short-form and long-form content production for social media are necessary. Strong creative instincts combined with an analytical mindset make for a compelling combination in this position. We also value a team-oriented attitude, a willingness to receive feedback, and a desire to stay ahead in a fast-paced digital landscape. Lastly, a genuine interest in the automotive industry is highly regarded.
