We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. Job Description Summary

As a senior individual contributor within PayPal Australia, this pure hunting role is responsible for securing and driving enterprise revenue growth while leading complex, high-impact initiatives that influence business performance and global process improvement. This position operates with significant autonomy, managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with some of Australia's largest enterprise sized organisations. The role combines commercial leadership, executive relationship management, and cross-functional influence to deliver measurable revenue outcomes and operational excellence.

Essential Responsibilities

* Lead and manage complex projects with diverse scope.
* Resolve complex issues using expert knowledge.
* Drive global process improvements and efficiencies.
* Collaborate with teams to implement best practices.
* Monitor and enhance business performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

* 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Scope

* Leads complex, multi-product solution sales across PayPal's ecosystem.
* Drives new business acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
* Oversees full sales lifecycle: discovery, solution alignment, commercial structuring, negotiation, and close.
* Collaborates with internal stakeholders including Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, Implementation, and Global Sales teams.

* Build and maintain strategic C-level relationships within key merchant organizations.
* Develop and execute account plans and strategies to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
* Conduct executive-level discovery to identify merchant value drivers and strategic priorities.
* Articulate PayPal's enterprise value proposition and differentiated capabilities.
* Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
* Lead end-to-end sales execution and deliver against assigned quota.

Strategic Initiatives & Process Excellence

* Lead complex, cross-functional projects with diverse scope and stakeholders.
* Resolve high-complexity commercial and operational challenges using deep expertise.
* Drive global process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and merchant outcomes.
* Monitor and optimize business performance metrics to improve revenue realization and operational performance.
* Share best practices and influence broader organizational strategy.

Complexity & Problem Solving

* Operates in highly ambiguous and competitive environments.
* Manages multi-layered decision-making structures within enterprise merchants.
* Balances regional market dynamics with global PayPal priorities.
* Solves complex commercial, operational, and relationship challenges with minimal oversight.

* Pipeline health and conversion performance.
* Successful execution of enterprise-level agreements.
* Contribution to process and performance improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

* 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or complex commercial roles.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
