Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the school's financial, physical, and human resources strategically.
* Supervise all support staff, including cleaners and school officers.
* Oversee staff performance and development, ensuring alignment with the school's goals.
* Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to lead change and drive strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work effectively with individuals, teams, committees, and external stakeholders to advance the school's strategic priority areas, while ensuring administrative processes comply with relevant legislation and guidelines.
Requirements:
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with relevant work rights.
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before commencing employment.
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number from the Department of Education's Screening Unit.
