About the Role:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor technicians in their day-to-day roles

* Communicate and monitor safety culture within the branch
">
* Coordinate with the office to ensure equipment availability and customer processes
">
* Train and guide technicians on service procedures and protocols
">
* Monitor and record parts usage
">
* Conduct equipment servicing and repairs
">
">
Requirements:
">
* Trade qualification - mechanical, hydraulics, fitter, or auto electrical
">
* Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing service demand
">
* Ability to solve problems
">
* Effective communication skills with staff, management, and customers
">
* Experience with EWPs highly regarded
">
* Current driver's licence
">
