Remuneration: $58.82 - $60.75 per hour

What you'll be doing
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Wound Care, you will provide advanced clinical expertise, education, and leadership to support optimal patient outcomes across acute and chronic wound management.

· Deliver specialist assessment, care planning, and case coordination

· Provide expert clinical advice and education to staff and stakeholders

· Lead quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives

· Mentor and support nursing staff and allied health professionals

· Contribute to service development and clinical practice advancement

Essential Criteria:

· Registration: Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

· Qualification: Post Graduate qualification relevant to the position

Selection Criteria:

1. Demonstrated relevant experience with a minimum of three (3) years full-time equivalent post registration experience

2. Demonstrated relevant post graduate qualifications in wound management and/or other qualifications and/or experience deemed appropriate by the employer

3. Demonstrated skills and knowledge in case management, including care co-ordination using advanced clinical skills in patient/client assessment and care planning

4. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in the provision and development of clinical practice through the use of evidence based practice

5. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, carers and their families and a diverse range of health care providers

6. Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on service delivery, quality of care and team cohesion

7. Demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training

8. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
