The Role
We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support site operations through structured, execution ready maintenance planning. You'll be responsible for building weekly plans, ensuring resources and materials are available, and supporting the execution team to minimise downtime and maintain reliability across the fleet. This is a hands‐on planning role working closely with supervisors, planners and operations teams on site.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing weekly maintenance plans for HME equipment
* Reviewing work orders and equipment history to build job scopes
* Preparing detailed job packs with labour, materials and resources
* Coordinating and communicating the weekly maintenance scheduleMaintaining SAP master data and planning structures
* Supporting schedule compliance and resolving execution issues
* Working closely with site teams to prioritise and sequence work
* Supporting continuous improvement in planning practices
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner in mining
* Strong SAP maintenance planning experience
* Experience planning dozers or similar HME equipment
* Coal Board Medical required for site access
* Strong understanding of work management and execution
* Ability to work closely with site teams in a live environment
* Must have the right to work in Australia
