Overview

Wests Illawarra is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Customer Service Manager (Duty Manager) to join our team. We offer industry-leading training and development opportunities and value fresh perspectives to inspire the team to achieve outstanding performance.

Accountabilities

- Taking ownership of the entire venue when on shift
- Managing, motivating and developing our staff
- Ensuring service standards are met and an amazing Customer Service Experience is delivered
- Delivering business-focused outcomes that drive the organisation

Qualifications and attributes

- Personal alignment with our values: Community, Integrity, Vibrancy, Innovation, Sustainability
- 3+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry at any level
- Previous supervisor experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to genuinely connect with people and a passion for leadership development
- Understanding of all aspects relating to club operations and compliance
- RSA, RCG and ARCG certifications (desirable)
- Flexibility with work hours including day, night, weekend and public holidays
