Driver Mentor Job Opportunity
We are seeking experienced drivers with good driving records to become Driver Mentors and support young drivers to be safe, skilful and licensed.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to learner drivers, helping them develop their literacy, numeracy and computer skills, as well as preparing them for their Learner Permit Test. The role involves supervising learner drivers on the road and providing coaching and support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
* Mentor and supervise learner drivers to ensure they meet licensing requirements.
* Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and roadworthy at all times.
* Contribute to a program that promotes safe and responsible driving practices among young drivers.
* Have previous experience mentoring learner drivers (family or friends).
