Early Childhood Recruitment Director - Casual/Temp Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing high-volume temp desks, developing strong relationships with childcare centres and educators, and filling vacancies quickly while ensuring high-quality placements.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing and growing both Early Childhood Casual/Temp and perm recruitment desks.
* Developing strong relationships with childcare centres and educators.
* Filling vacancies quickly while ensuring high-quality placements.
* Proactively sourcing and attracting talent through various recruitment strategies.
* Driving business growth by securing new clients and maintaining exceptional service.
* Mentoring and supporting junior recruiters as needed.
