At AustralianSuper, we truly care about our colleagues. We know work and life are intertwined so we support diverse needs and provide policies that enable everyone to thrive. We celebrate diversity and build a high–performance environment underpinned by strong risk culture, ensuring the best outcomes for our members.

Your New Role

In this 6‐month contract you will lead and support end‐to‐end sourcing and contracting activities, delivering measurable commercial outcomes and helping the Fund secure the right goods, services and solutions at the right value and risk settings.

Partner closely with stakeholders across the Fund and work alongside functions such as Legal, Risk and Projects to deliver sourcing activity in a pragmatic, outcome‐focused way.

Key Duties

* Lead end‐to‐end sourcing activities, including RFx, evaluation, negotiation and contracting, including statement of works and change requests.
* Develop sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives, budgets and risk appetite; advise stakeholders on market engagement and sourcing pathways.
* Support contract and supplier management activities, including contract lifecycle visibility (expiry/renewal planning) and commercial issue resolution.
* Use spend and demand insights to help shape category plans and a pipeline of sourcing opportunities.
* Contribute to third‐party governance requirements and risk controls (including material outsourcing governance where applicable).

What You'll Need

* Experience delivering sourcing and contracting outcomes across corporate services and/or technology services (or adjacent categories).
* Strong Source‐to‐Contract (S2C) capability, with working knowledge across Procure‐to‐Pay (P2P) and Third‐Party Management (TPM) disciplines.
* Experience ideally gained within a regulated industry (financial services and/or superannuation) or within a consulting environment, having worked with regulated businesses.
* Familiarity with regulated industry expectations (e.g. modern slavery and relevant prudential standards such as CPS230) beneficial.
* Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and influence commercial decisions.
