The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving company growth through proactive sales, marketing, and networking initiatives. The role involves managing tenders, quotes, and digital marketing activities while providing executive assistance to the leadership team.

**Responsibilities**
**1. Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including attending events.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, and quotations.
**2. Marketing & Digital Presence**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support growth.
- Support the management of the company website, SEO, and online advertising in coordination with external IT providers.
- Oversee social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness, including periodic posts and ad hoc content creation.
- Create and distribute marketing content in digital and print formats.
**3. Networking & Growth Initiatives**
- Build strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
**4. Executive Assistance**
- Provide high-level support to the General Manager and CEO.
- Assist with calendar management, meetings, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
**Accountabilities**
The Business Development Executive is accountable for:
- Ensuring processes deliver their intended outcomes.
- Reporting on performance, including opportunities for improvement, non-conformance, and observations.
- Promoting customer focus throughout the organisation.
- Maintaining the integrity of the QMS during planned changes.
Payscale: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum
