Client services officer wanted for State Government Department located in Toowoomba QLD.

Hays has partnered with a locally based State Government Department looking for a friendly and dynamic Client Services Officer to join their team.
**Your new role**
- Ad hoc administration including booking of conference rooms, photocopying, faxing, printing, facilitating mail and freight, archiving and general records management.
- Provision of quality customer service to internal and external customers and actively demonstrate professionalism
- General reception duties including answering phones, providing customer support, utilising systems and processes to assist customers with their individual needs, guiding customers appropriately, managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance of office technology and greeting customers promptly.
- Complete rudimentary finance tasks, where a guideline and set process is able to be followed, including maintenance of registers, annual stock takes (budget, quarterly and debtors), bank reconciliations and asset maintenance tasks.
**What you'll need to succeed**

- Functional and technical administrative knowledge and skills to perform the job at a high level of accomplishment.
- Effective time management with the ability to priortise a broad range of tasks and focusing on key issues.
- Ability to work cooperatively as an effective team member to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Previous experience in a call centre would be look upon favourably. A "C" class licence would be required to drive company vehicles.
