A little about the role

As Rostering Coordinator, you will ensure timely and accurate rostering to support Complex Care Teams and the Children and Young People Support Services across the state. You will work independently within set timeframes as well as collaborating with management, Payroll, and People and Culture.

As Rostering Coordinator, some of your key responsibilities will be to:

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end rostering processes including preparing, submission and administration of rosters and timesheets while ensuring compliance with the SCHAD's award, Payroll and HR requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support, including leave management, reconciliation of timesheets, allowances, onboarding support, and use of computer-based systems.
- Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure efficient staffing, reliable service delivery, and a cohesive work environment through proactive communication and support.

The base salary for this position is $76,372.40- $81,905.20 per annum (based on 1.0 FTE), + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum. This is a full-time, ongoing position.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll come with:

- Demonstrated experience in staff coordinator or roster management.
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office and related programs.
- Understanding of the SCHADS Award as well as experience in the disability, youth and/ or not-for profit community sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a keen attention to detail and an ability to work well under pressure.
