The Head of Administrative Services is accountable to the Principal for the non-educational administrative elements of the College, ensuring effective administrative, operational, and business functions. This includes overseeing business, engagement, communications, accounts, finances, retail and human services at the College level, through management teams. The Head of Administrative Services provides leadership and guidance for administrative leaders and teams, and is responsible for ensuring that services, policies, processes, and procedures at Groves Christian College are efficient, effective and compliant. The Head of Administrative Services is expected to have a strong mutually supportive peer relationship with the College leadership and a sound working relationship with the wider College community.
The Head of Administrative Services brings senior leadership to:

* Liaison with CCM Central Office for Senior Leadership matters
Skills, Abilities and Attributes
* A mature faith and active involvement in a local church
* A proven lifestyle as detailed in the CCM enterprise agreement, Code of Conduct and that is founded on Biblical Christian principles
* Excellent financial literacy, organisational skills and strong communication skills, with a solutions-focussed mindset.
* Postgraduate qualifications or substantial equivalent experience (MBA or equivalent)
* Understanding of Christian education and a determination to serve God in a Christian school community is advantageous
