About the role
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a key role in matching great tenants with quality homes while supporting our high-performing property management team. Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing tenant enquiries and inspections via Snug
* Hosting open homes and providing professional follow-up
* Processing applications, checks and approvals
* Preparing application summaries for property managers
* Uploading and maintaining online advertisements
* Coordinating inspection schedules, including rotating Saturdays
* Communicating updates and feedback to landlords
* Assisting with marketing, photos, lockboxes and listings
* Managing keys and ensuring property security
* Supporting new tenant sign-ups, lease preparation and PME entries
* General administration to keep the team running smoothly
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Previous experience in real estate
* Current Certificate of Registration and driver’s licence
* High level of professionalism and presentation
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* A genuine desire to build a long-term career in real estate
