The RoleVentia are currently looking to engage a Floorhand to support our team working on the Rig & Wells contract. Reporting to the Rig Manager, as an entry level role, you will be responsible for providing support to the crew and ensuring smooth operations on site. This FIFO opportunity offers you a 15:13 Roster, working 12hour days and giving you the ability to have true work life balance.The payrate for this position is $588.24 per day (including casual loading) and is a flat rate.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* General cleaning and housekeeping
* Preparation of the rig site including rigging up and down
* Preparing and packing vehicles and equipment ready for work
* General manual labour, along with any other tasks as per the direction of the rig crew
Requirements:
* WA Driver's Licence – HR is preferred
* Previous experience working in a physically intensive role
* The ability to work outdoors, in harsh conditions
* Open and clear communication within a team environment
