Water Systems Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced Water Systems Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic water technology sector team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with innovative irrigation pumping and filtration systems, supporting critical infrastructure in agriculture, industrial, and municipal projects.
As a skilled Service Technician, Mechanical Fitter, or Junior Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain pump irrigation and filtration systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Diagnosing faults in pumps, motors, and components
* Commissioning and testing variable speed drives and motor control systems
* Providing quality service and support at customer sites and in-house
* Maintaining accurate service documentation and reports
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A mechanical or electrical trade qualification
* Experience working with pumps, hydraulics, or water systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
* An Australian Drivers Licence and Forklift licence (desired)
* Basic computer skills and SAP experience (a bonus)
