Butcher Shift Manager
We are on the hunt for an experienced Butcher.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the trade, takes pride in quality, and is ready to lead a shift while staying hands-on.
About the Role- you will work closely with the Butcher DC Manager to:
ü Support daily operations of the meat department
ü Manage the team in the Manager’s absence
ü Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and hygiene
ü Assist with ordering, stock control, and minimising waste
ü Deliver great customer service and expert product knowledge
ü Ensure all food safety and WHS requirements are met
About You
ü Qualified butcher with solid industry experience
ü Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and display
ü Reliable, organised, and able to lead by example
ü Passionate about quality, teamwork, and customer service
ü Forklift license preferable, however we will pay for your fork license if necessary/

ü Stable, full-time role.
ü Hrs - 2am to 2pm 3days a week - 12am to 12pm 2days a week (includes a Sunday) with breaks.
