Job Role Overview
This is a high-level support position that requires confidentiality and strong organizational skills to assist the General Manager of Operations.
* Diary management, email monitoring and redirection.
* Responding to matters within defined parameters and liaising with stakeholders for necessary documentation and meeting arrangements.
* Effective problem solving and maintaining secure paper and electronic records.
* Scheduling appointments, meetings and events including travel and accommodation bookings.
* Supporting meetings chaired by the General Manager of Operations and ensuring departmental standards are met for correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
