Digital Marketing Manager
who can translate creativity into measurable growth. As a brand new position, this role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping how customers discover, engage with, and fall in love with the brand, delivering both commercial impact and exceptional experiences.

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager is a hands-on and results-driven individual responsible for driving measurable growth across Australia and the US through
The Luxuriate's
digital marketing ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Loyalty & Retention, this role blends strategic oversight with tactical execution across paid, owned, and earned channels, with a sharp focus on customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, and scalable revenue growth.

You will own the brand's paid campaigns, including paid social, search, display, and affiliate marketing, as well as SEO, website optimisation, and the broader eCommerce ecosystem. Partnering closely with the Head of Retention & Loyalty, you will optimise the full customer journey to increase acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, directly contributing to commercial performance and sustainable growth.

You bring deep expertise across paid and organic channels, from Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube, to SEO, CRO, and eCommerce platforms like Shopify. You know how to read the data, extract actionable insights, and use them to craft campaigns that drive acquisition, conversion, and long-term customer engagement. You are also creative, curious, and constantly looking for new ways to surprise, delight, and engage audiences.

Collaboration comes naturally, and you thrive in fast-growing environments where every decision matters. You balance analytical rigour with creative thinking, obsess over detail without losing sight of the big picture, and take pride in campaigns that not only perform but also elevate the brand experience.

Success will be measured by your ability to drive acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth across Australia and the US. Key outcomes include optimising paid and owned channels, improving website conversion and eCommerce performance, growing organic traffic, and partnering with Retention & Loyalty to maximise customer lifetime value.

Strong data-driven decision making, hands-on execution, and continuous testing will ensure measurable commercial impact while maintaining The Luxuriate's premium brand experience.
