Job Description
You will be responsible for leading all go-to-market and brand activities for the ANZ region, with a sharp focus on building visibility, accelerating sell-through, and supporting in-store and digital campaigns in collaboration with a key retail partner.
You will bridge the local market and the global brand team, bringing fresh ideas to the table and tailoring global strategies for local success.
Key Responsibilities
* Crafting and executing marketing strategies to boost product performance in-store and online
* Building strong partnerships with retail marketing and buying teams
* Leading campaign planning and execution – from POS to digital and media
* Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams
* Monitoring performance and making data-led decisions
* Supporting launches and seasonal campaigns with compelling content
Requirements
* 5+ years in retail or trade marketing, big-box retail experience essential (e.g. Bunnings, TTI, Mitre 10, Big W, Kmart)
* Hands-on campaign and promotions experience – digital and in-store
* Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
* A commercial and curious mindset – always looking for new angles and improvements
* A passion for building brands and shaping consumer experience
