Community Program Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Community Program Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of community programs at Mount Archer State School. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with local families, stakeholders, and networks to create a thriving community hub.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for effective community partnerships and networks in the local area.
* Collaborate with communities and children to design and deliver tailored wellbeing programs that meet their needs.
* Design a communication strategy to keep families informed about opportunities and engage them with hub activities.
* Ensure seamless integration of Community Hub activities with existing programs and services in the community.
* Facilitate collaboration across local, state, and federal government funded services through consultative mechanisms and procedures.
