Job Title: Customer Contact Call Centre Agent
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Contact Call Centre Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. They will also be confident in their ability to manage difficult situations and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking certificate orders
* Progress chasing orders and cases
* Supporting customers with general queries relating to Civil Registration products and services
* Quality assuring certificates prior to despatch
* Supporting with general queries from colleagues
Working Pattern:
This role is available on a full-time basis or part-time working hours, with a minimum requirement to work 32 hours over 5 days per week due to business requirements. Operating hours are 08:00am to 18:00pm.
