Service Leadership Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and support a team of service technicians in achieving business goals. We are seeking an experienced professional who can manage budgets, conduct regular meetings, and contribute to customer interactions.
Responsibilities
* Lead Service Technicians to achieve business objectives.
* Manage budget requirements to ensure service targets are met.
* Conduct regular team and individual meetings to foster development, monitor performance and KPIs across the technician group.
* Participate in sales, service, and rental meetings to address and resolve service-related issues.
* Contribute to building strong relationships with customers.
* Regularly visit key account customers to maintain service presence and present reports on fleet and service performance.
Requirements for Success
* Prior experience in service and fleet management within a similar industry.
* Trade certificate and/or Management certificate preferred.
* General product knowledge of material handling equipment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to lead and support technicians.
* A commercial understanding of general business concepts within a service industry.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office packages - Word, Excel & Outlook.
