About the role:
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children, families and diverse communities? We are seeking an exceptional Orange Door Integrated Practice Leader to spearhead innovative multi-disciplinary and multi-agency approaches in complex service delivery contexts. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to lead and shape services that support families in need while driving impactful change in the sector.
This is a Permanent Full-Time (38 hours per week) opportunity based in Sunshine within our Family Services program. The position reports to the Manager Child Family and Community.
Key Selection Criteria:
* Provide sound judgement and authoritative advice on risks priorities accountability and practice matters to The Orange Door Network team and where relevant the Hub Manager and/or relevant Hub governance groups.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership and integrated practice approach.
* Build capability of practitioners to deliver integrated functions and services responding to family violence perpetrator interventions and child and family development and functioning in line with The Orange Door Network Service Model Integrated Practice Framework and relevant legislative frameworks including the Children Youth and Families Act 2005 and Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005.
