Job Title: Experienced Ophthalmology Registrar
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated medical professional to join our team as an Ophthalmology Registrar. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop their expertise in ophthalmology, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
The primary focus of this role is to provide high-quality patient care, including the admission, management, and discharge of patients under the supervision of a senior specialist. You will also be responsible for preparing patients for eye surgery, providing clinical outpatients services, and managing patients' care in collaboration with other healthcare staff.
About the Role:
* Providing timely and effective patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
* Developing and maintaining relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Participating in quality improvement activities and contributing to the development of best practices within the department
Requirements:
* Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
* Relevant training and experience in ophthalmology
* Demonstrated experience as a Resident Medical Officer
* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional service
