About the role
The Senior Analyst, Regulatory Engagement, Emerging Risk and Reporting at Cbus supports regulatory engagement, risk governance and reporting across the organisation. The role involves coordinating interactions with regulators such as APRA and ASIC, preparing briefing materials and maintaining accurate records of regulatory communications. It also supports monitoring regulatory changes, preparing submission and reporting to internal committees. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Engagement, Emerging Risks and Reporting, you will ensure timely and high-quality risk reporting, review documentation for consistency and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and uphold governance standards for Cbus.
Key Accountabilities
* Coordinate and support regulatory engagement, including meetings, documentation and responses
* Maintain accurate records and prepare high-quality materials for regulator interactions
* Monitor regulatory changes and assist in preparing submissions and reporting activities
* Support risk reporting and governance processes for boards and executive committees
* Build strong relationships with regulators, internal teams and external partners
What will you bring?
* Experience in a similar Senior Risk Analyst, Regulatory Engagement or Project Coordinator role supporting compliance, governance or regulatory relations in APRA/ASIC regulated industries
* Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Skills in writing risk reports and using enterprise GRC software solutions
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to a supportive team culture
